CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be subject to a charge 50% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee. I understand emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and small business!
